Return / Exchange Policy
Please contact us prior to any returns at info@twfareast.com within 7 working days of its receipt.You may return any unused item within 7 days of purchased for a refund minus shipping cost and 10% restock in fee.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days. The merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork, and any other items that came with it.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and (if) any other handling cost. The returned parcel must be full insured with a tracking code which is traceable online.
A refund (product price only) or exchange will only be issue upon our receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
